# Request Access

Since Coinshift v2 is currently in closed access, you need to submit a request to start using the application. The team will respond within 24 hours.

Follow these steps to request access.

## **Step 1: Accessing the Coinshift app**

Visit the [Coinshift](https://beta.coinshift.xyz/) app.

## **Step 2: Wallet connection and support**

Click on the **Connect Wallet** button (highlighted above) to connect your preferred wallet. You will see a list of supported browser and hardware wallets.

In this tutorial, we will use the [Metamask wallet](https://metamask.io/) (browser wallet) on the [Polygon](https://polygon.technology/) network (chain).

## **Step 3: Complete the access request form**

After connecting your wallet, the following screen will appear. To proceed, raise a request to sign up and use the Coinshift app.

Please fill in the following details:

* Name
* Email
* Organisation name
* Twitter Profile

Once completed, click on the **Request Access** button.

## **Step 4: Awaiting approval and verification**

You will see the message below on your screen.

The Coinshift team will verify your details and notify you via email within 24 hours. Once you receive the email, return to the Coinshift app to set up your organisation.
