# Prerequisite

Before utilising the Coinshift application with a hardware device, users must meet the following requirements:

* [x] Possess a compatible hardware device ([Ledger](https://www.ledger.com/) Nano X, Ledger Nano S, or [Trezor](https://trezor.io/))
* [x] Install and set up the [Ledger Live application (desktop version)](https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404389606417-Download-and-install-Ledger-Live?docs=true)
* [x] Install the network application from the App Catalogue, create an account, and transfer the network token
