# Change Safe Name
[Coinshift ](https://coinshift.xyz/)assigns the default name "Gnosis Safe" to all new Safes. In the **Accounts** section, you can change your Safe's name to something more fun or meaningful via the **Name** field.
Follow these steps to customise the name of your Safe:
## **Step 1:** **Accessing the Safe edit option**
Navigate to the **Accounts** sections. Here you will see a list of all your Safes housed in Coinshift.
Choose the Safe you wish to rename and click on the edit icon (highlighted in the below screenshot).
## **Step 2: Changing the Safe name**
An editable box will appear, allowing you to enter a new name for the selected Safe.
After entering the desired name, click on the checkmark to finalise the process.
By following these steps, you will successfully update your Safe's name for a more personalised and organised experience.
