#### SHIFT Token Utility and Governance

The SHIFT token is the governance token for the Coinshift ecosystem, providing holders with the power to:

* Vote on Performance Fees: Decide on csUSDL vault fees.
* Participate in Risk Management: Influence asset selection and borrowing parameters.

#### Revenue Streams and Distribution Strategy

Coinshift generates revenue through:

1. USDL Minting Fees: 20-25 basis points on all USDL minted through csUSDL.
2. Vault Performance Fees: Earnings from csUSDL’s yield generation, initially set at 0% for user adoption.
